These Terms govern your use of ming-li.org and Mínglǐ reading services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Mínglǐ provides culturally informed Chinese destiny readings through structured inputs, deterministic chart-processing procedures, controlled interpretation rules, and generated report writing. Available products and features may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login access, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Information for readings
You are responsible for ensuring submitted birth information is accurate and that you have permission to submit information concerning another person. Results may be limited or materially different when birth time, location, or other information is missing or inaccurate.
4. Orders, payment, and delivery
Prices and included report sections are displayed before purchase. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. A reading is a personalized digital service and generation may begin shortly after payment. Any cancellation, refund, or statutory withdrawal rights will be presented during checkout and applied as required by applicable consumer law.
5. Interpretive-service disclaimer
Mínglǐ readings are interpretive cultural services intended for personal reflection. They do not predict outcomes with certainty and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for important personal or commercial decisions. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person’s rights, resell reports without permission, or use automated means to extract substantial parts of the service.
7. Intellectual property and personal use
The Mínglǐ name, visual identity, site design, methodology presentation, templates, software, and general content are owned by or licensed to Mínglǐ. Subject to these Terms, you may keep and use your purchased personalized report for private, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may correct report-delivery or technical errors.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Mínglǐ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, decisions made from interpretive content, or events beyond reasonable control. Any aggregate liability connected with a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information received through Google Sign-In.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, security risks, unlawful use, or where required by law. Provisions that naturally survive termination remain effective.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can seek a practical resolution.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Revised Terms will be published here with a new effective date. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice.
